  21. updated Newsgroup list whenever a new Newsgroup is added.  I don't
  22. pretend to know exactly /how/ it works; but she gave me the impression
  23. that there was nothing she could do until the "the powers that be" (her
  24. HUB?) made the Newsgroup "official".
